We were blessed to host the annual Rocky Mountain Deanery Retreat this week. Over a dozen clergy from around the deanery were in attendance, as well as our diocesan chancellor Archpriest Kirill Sokolov. It was an edifying time of prayer, conversation, and fellowship. A recurring topic was the longevity of ministry and avoiding clergy burnout.
